I first purchased the Zumba for Wii, I was extremely discouraged with that because it’s not very clear at all how to do the steps. I really wanted to do something fun to get back into shape and I needed to get something motivating.
I decided to give it another try and get the Dvd’s because they had a basic one and I figured I could work my way into the faster paced ones. I am so glad I did! The instructions are clear, fun and I look forward to working out or dancing however you ant to look at it! It’s only been about 3 wks but I have moved from just doing the basics to the 20min workout.
I highly recommend this package. By the way for those over 40 wondering if it’s good for you, I am also over 40 and my hips can do more now than I ever thought possible. …
