Review: …I have every workout tape imaginable, and several pieces of equipment! Nothing has been as much fun as these workouts! I get so bored with my treadmill/exercise bike, and watch the clock. But, I love to dance, and this is the perfect workout for me. Beto is not hard to understand (I don’t think), and he is so much fun to watch! He really motivates you with his grins, and kicking it up a notch when I’m starting to feel a bit tired, which kicks me up to another level. I can’t believe how into Zumba he is, which makes me want to work that much harder. I’ve been recommending these DVD’s to all the staff I work with. It’s a workout that I look forward to doing, and will take the DVD’s on vacation with me. Being 51, and IT, I don’t ‘move’ as much as I should. This is helping me to get back into shape, and move again. Love it! …
