Review: …I got Zumba about 6 months ago and didn’t want to leave a review until I had properly tried it out. It is a wonderful workout for someone who doesn’t actually like to work out. I started Zumba at my heaviest weight ever (230 pounds, YUCK!) and have lost over three years of gradual weight gain so far. It is so much fun that I would come home from an 8 hour work day and change right into my workout gear. The best part is I have turned myself into a six-day a week workout girl who actually likes it. I took another reviewer’s advice and purchased weighted gloves instead of using the Zumba sticks. I personally found them a little distracting to the workout. …
