This collection is perfect for people like me with no dance experience because the training video is extremely useful, and the dance party dvd has links back to how to do the steps. As you gain confidence, the difficulty of the workouts increases because you are able to put more effort and energy into the routines. When I finish a workout I feel energized and ready to keep going. In the month that I have been using my Zumba DVD’s, I have lost over 10 pounds. I am so glad that I purchased these DVD’s!
