Review: …I really wanted to try this system. I have never been able to get myself interested in exercise before. I have been doing Zumba for a month now, and had great results. I am down 8 lbs and able to fit smaller garments. I am sleeping better and have a better mood in general. I do it at least 4 days a week. After you do it you feel like it wasn’t really too hard, and you have a lot of energy. I would really suggest to stretch before you do it, because I don’t see in the system where they show you that. My favorite is the live work out and the toning. I did the dance steps for 4 days before I tried to move on to anything else. Hope you love it too.
