Although I enjoyed the class I was disappointed with a one pound weight loss so I joined again for $135 to go to the Zumba class two times a week. I lost another pound but did not want to continue spending this type of money so I finally purchased the DVDs. I lost 2 pounds in ten days by following the “lose a pant size in 10 day” program. I honestly feel a difference in the way my pants fit. I enjoy the flexibility of doing the class when I want to in the comfort of my home. If you are a disciplined person the Zumba DVD set is a great way to get toned and feel good about yourself!
