Review: …I absolutely love zumba. If this fitness program doesn’t whip you into shape nothing will. I have been doing zumba for about 6 weeks now and I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level. It is taking me a little while to learn the pace of the steps but is alot of fun and very doable. Just don’t let it get you discouraged if you don’t get the pace right away. Just keep at it and it will come. I highly recommend this fitness video to anyone who is wanting to work up a sweat.
