Review: …LOVE these DVDS. I just received my Zumba Fitness package today! I popped in the basic steps but fast forwarded thru that because I know all the moves from going to Zumba classes for the last 3 1/2 months. So I moved on to the 20 minutes express workout followed by the sculpt and tone workout. I wore my heart rate monitor while doing these and it showed that I burned 778 calories at the end of my 1hr and 5 min workout!!!!! I will be going to class tonight too which I usally burn anywhere from 600 to 720 calories in an hour. I got these DVDs to add to the 3 classes a week that I go to. I would love to go to class every day but it is $5 a class and in these times I can not afford to pay for all the classes. I need to lose 100lbs give or take and I am in no means Fit at all. I can do the DVDs but sometimes I modify the steps and do not jump as much or twist as much until I get my body more conditioned. Can’t wait to do these every day and hopefully get really good results!!! Some of the girls that go to my Zumba classes have lost 30-50 lbs but they go at least 5 days a week. Try these and just do what you can do not give up.
