Review: …As an ex-step aerobic instructor, I am critical of exercise videos and don’t like many of them. But I like this one. After 3 beautiful babies my body has not been in good shape. But after loosing about 30 (of the 60) extra pounds I knew if I didn’t find something to get me moving…the weight would come back. And I have some new found energy. The basics DVD is very informative and breaks down some complex and fast moves. The 20 minute express on that DVD is a good place to start. I do not like the country western part, but that is only one song. The other instructional DVDs are 45 and 50 minutes of dancing that will break a sweat, and depending on how much you work it you will get at good workout without really even thinking about it. The live DVD is good, but save that for last.
