Review: …If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I tried Zumba once at a friend’s house and loved it so much that I wanted my own DVD. This package is great because it has 4 DVDs and 5 workouts. I have so many different workout videos and DVDs and have used them all alternately to give myself variety. Since I got these DVDs I find myself only wanting to do Zumba. It is so much fun that I hardly notice how much time has passed even though the workouts are longer than most of the ones I have been doing. Most of the workouts are 45-55 minutes long, but there is a 20 minute express workout for those days that you just don’t have 45-55 minutes for exercise.
