Review: …This is an amazing exercise routine. It breaks down every single move. As a mom of two teenage daughters I was not certain how I was going to accomplish a body roll. The move is broken down into parts and then you just speed it up. I don’t do it well, but I can do it. If you don’t mind sweating, watching the inches and pounds melt away and fitting into smaller sizes, then this is the system for you. I don’t use the Zumba sticks as I find myself concentrating more on making certain that I am in rhytm than on the moves, not too mention they are dang annoying after awhile. I have substituted with regular hand weights.
