Review: …Zumba serves me quite well! It’s does what it says it going to do and I can achieve those results in my living room! After just a couple weeks of using each of the DVD’s and not having fully completed the “Party” (not more than 30 mins.), I’ve noticed wonderful changes in my body; it’s toning just nicely. My clothes fit better, and my image in the mirror is quiet pleasing.
Zumba is a must have. It’s not a mindless workout like that which I’ve experienced in the gym. It also helps that I love to dance and Zumba offers a nice variety. I really focus on form which not only facilitates the results, but makes me feel like a professional dancer!
